Based at: Discover Bucks Museum, 9 Church Street in Aylesbury.
Help out with our yearly children’s Easter Egg Hunt trail: oversee simple challenges, hand out easter eggs and help spread holiday fun!
If you love dressing up and sharing fun, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
We’re looking for volunteers to help enhance our yearly Easter trail: welcome groups of children as they explore our historic museum taking part in Easter-themed mini-challenges in order to earn easter eggs.
This daytime event is aimed at children aged 11 and under, so feeling comfortable engaging with young children is a must. No previous experience is required: a friendly smile, energy and enthusiasm is all that is needed.
Each group of children will complete a small activity at each station so people who feel able to supervise a simple activity (such as ‘throw the eggs in the bucket’ or ‘spot all the toy chickens in the room’) would be greatly appreciated!
This is a great way to gain some event experience and a chance to work with families in a museum setting.
