What was life like for a Victorian child? Who were Aylesbury’s Victorian child prisoners? Which Victorian inventions changed the way we live today? We’ll be stepping back into Victorian Bucks to answer these questions with this special workshop for home educating families.
Handle real Victorian objects, try out real Victorian handicrafts, dress up in Victorian clothes and make your very own Victorian toys to take home!
This workshop will begin with a short, optional discussion about life in Victorian Bucks: if you wish to take part in this portion of the workshop, please arrive promptly for 10.30am or 1.00pm.
This workshop is recommended for children aged 5+ but all ages are welcome.
Please note: parents are required to remain in attendance throughout this activity.
